In our aim for a more sustainable tomorrow, Resinab establishes and maintains a path to affordable, clean energy for low-income Haitian families by providing access to biogas systems.
We are inspired by a future where everyone has access to clean cooking fuel.
In Haiti, we help low-income families transition to safer cooking fuel through biogas technologies.
In the United States, biogas plants and production methods are being engineered to reduce costs.
In Haiti, most rural families rely on firewood and charcoal to cook. This leads to indoor air pollution, a leading risk factor for deaths in the country. What’s supposed to be an enjoyable activity is slowly killing thousands, especially women and children.
Resinab says no to indoor air pollution by facilitating the transition to safer cooking fuels. We make biogas technologies accessible to low-income families desperate for affordable and cleaner alternatives.
Cooking becomes more enjoyable and, most importantly, safer. Our mission is to improve the families’ quality of life while providing opportunities to be more productive and participate in Haiti’s development.
